Our approach
Good trades are worth protecting
A schedule holds together because the same electricians, plumbers and concrete crews keep showing up and doing what they said. We build those relationships deliberately and we do not shop prices to death to save a few hundred dollars.
In practice that means clear scopes so you are not pricing guesswork, realistic durations, and progress claims processed on time. If we make a mistake that costs you money, we own it.

Bidding with us
How do I get invited to bid?
Email info@cascadebuilders.ca with your company name, trade, service area and a couple of reference projects. We will add you and send tenders that match.
Where are the drawings?
In the Plan Room. Sign in with the password from your invitation to bid.
Who do I send questions to during bidding?
Send RFIs to info@cascadebuilders.ca before the deadline in the instructions to bidders. Anything that changes scope goes out as an addendum to everyone bidding.
How do payments work?
Standard progress claims against approved schedules of values, processed on the cycle set out in your subcontract. Holdback is released per the Saskatchewan Builders' Lien Act.
Do you self-perform any work?
Yes — concrete, ICF and carpentry on many projects. Everything else is tendered to trade partners.
