Who we are
A contractor that tells you the truth early
Cascade Builders is a Saskatchewan-based general contractor specialising in commercial, agricultural and Insulated Concrete Form projects. We handle the work from planning through completion, with a focus on quality workmanship, communication, safety, and finishing on time and on budget.
Most construction problems are cheap to solve on paper and expensive to solve in the field. So we do the thinking up front — constructability, sequencing, long-lead items and the change orders we can see coming — and we tell you about them while there is still time to make a decision.
